Welcome to Dustee Cleaning. By scheduling services with us, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Dustee Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services across South Florida. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, and customized packages.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings can be made online via our website, email, or by phone.
- Service times are estimates and may vary based on the size and condition of the space.
- The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are clearly outlined during the booking process. Final cost may vary if the conditions of the home differ significantly from the description provided.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 100% of the booking cost.
5. Service Limitations
- We do not clean biohazards, mold, pests, hoarding situations, or areas considered unsafe for our team.
- Heavy or delicate items will not be moved unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service.
- We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue, provided it falls within the original scope of the job.
7. Access & Property Condition
- The client must provide access to running water, electricity, and necessary keys or entry codes.
- Dustee is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces/items that have not been disclosed prior to cleaning.
8. Liability
- Dustee Cleaning is licensed and insured.
- We are not liable for damage caused by products or surfaces that cannot withstand common cleaning methods or materials.
